Michael Tsang
Managing Director
Michael is a co-founding partner of our firm. He is a practicing certified accountant with over 15 years of experience in professional services industry, including top tier international firm, and across the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and CPA Australia (CPA Aust).
He served clients in numerous auditing and advisory projects from small to medium-sized entities to multinational corporations, with industry knowledge spanning from commercial businesses such as manufacturing, trading, property management, construction, engineering, insurance and securities to charitable and non-profit organisations.
Cecilia Ng
Director
Cecilia is a co-founding partner of our firm. She is a practicing certified accountant and has over 18 years of professional experience in professional services industry, including top tier international firm. She is experienced in accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate service work in Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
She served clients in numerous auditing and advisory projects from small to medium-sized entities and multinational corporations to listed companies in Hong Kong and United States, with industry knowledge spanning from commercial businesses such as trading and retailing, property investment, transportation and logistics, life sciences and healthcare, financial services to charitable and non-profit organisations.
Michael Callier

Michael has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and legal operations consultant. He specializes in general counsel work and cross-border transactions between Hong Kong, China, and the US. He has held leadership roles in international law firms, legal departments and alternative legal service providers.

A member of both the Washington State and Oregon State Bar Associations in the US, Michael serves clients of all sizes across industries like healthcare, financial services and technology. Holding a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Science in Information Management, he also boasts certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Adaptive Leadership, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Based in San Francisco, Michael's expertise bridges stakeholders across continents.
Winnie Ng

Winnie is a practicing certified accountant and has over 16 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and taxation in both Hong Kong and Sydney. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), Chartered Institute of Taxation Advisors, Certified Tax Advisors (CTA HK) and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Winnie has considerable experience in handling accounting and auditing engagements of small to medium-sized entities to multinational corporations in different industries, including manufacturing and trading companies, property management and securities as well as charitable and non-profit organisations.
Paddy Lau
Director

Paddy is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration conferred by Macquarie University. Prior to joining UHY, he worked for multinational accounting firms and listed company, and is professional in the fields of auditing, accounting and taxation.
More than 10 years’ experience in public practice, Paddy served and provided advices to clients for a spectrum of industries and business, including listing companies in manufacturing, mining and engineering service industries, and private segments in retail, logistic and medical centre, etc. He was also involved in various initial public offerings projects.
Michelle Yeung
Senior Manager
Michelle is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). She has profound experience in professional accounting and specializes in audit for different kinds of companies, taxation and accounting advisory services.
One of her specializations is the securities and futures industry, in which she has accumulated considerable experience related to difference kind of securities and futures companies. Michelle has been responsible for internal control, regulation and financial reporting, etc.
